This beautiful 210 m2 villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, large living room, several terraces with chill-out area, barbecue and private pool.

It is close to the Palau de Altea, approximately 800 meters from the old town square and all the entertainment.

The first floor consists of an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a large living-dining room, a spacious kitchen with a coffee bar, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and underfloor heating.

From the first floor you have direct access to a large spacious covered terrace with large sofa area and dining table for 10 people. From the spacious living room you have direct access to the open terrace with a dining table for 6 people.

The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the third family bunk bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

There is a direct and independent entrance to the ground floor from the pool area and there is also a practical toilet adjacent to the pool area. On the terrace surrounding the pool there are two large sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a round table for 6 people.

On the terrace above the pool area there is a large sunbathing area with 6 sun loungers.

There is Internet installed with fiber and TV with international channels.

The price includes VAT, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and satellite channels.

There is a final cleaning supplement of 150 euros per stay and a deposit of 1000 euros upon arrival that is returned upon departure unless there is damage caused.

There is a deposit of 1000 euros that is delivered either in cash or by bizum.
