Interpretation of Rates
The prices indicated apply per apartment and include VAT.
We reserve the right to modify prices, dates and services without prior notice.
Data Privacy
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
Under no circumstances will your data be disclosed to third parties for commercial or any other purposes.
Cancellation Policy
General Conditions
- 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount will be charged at least 20 days before the arrival date.
- In the event of cancellation, any amounts paid will be considered cancellation fees and will not be refundable.
The cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of accommodation or the length of stay. We recommend confirming the specific conditions by email before completing your booking.
Group Bookings and Long Stays (31+ and 91+ Nights)
For discounted direct group bookings and long-term stays:
- Any amount paid will be considered a cancellation fee.
- The remaining amount will be charged 30 days before the check-in date.
Special promotional rates may be subject to NON-REFUNDABLE conditions, meaning that no refund will be issued once the stay has been paid for.
Special Requests
We will take any special requests into consideration and will do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled, and no compensation will be provided if we are unable to meet them.
WIFI and Satellite TV
Access to Wi-Fi and satellite television services is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw these services without prior notice, including interruptions due to maintenance or other causes.
No refunds will be provided for issues relating to complimentary services such as Internet or television channels.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required, the amount of which may vary depending on the type of property (please contact us for further information).
The security deposit will be refunded in full after check-out, provided that no damage has occurred to the property and there have been no breaches of the accommodation terms and conditions.
Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
Unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Maximum Occupancy
If the number of guests staying at the property exceeds the number indicated in the booking, immediate eviction will take place without the right to a refund.
